THE PANTHER CREEK MERCHANTS ASSOCIATION

18TH ANNUAL SPRING ARTS & CRAFTS FESTIVAL

All items must be hand-made or hand-embellished, by you.

Absolutely no garage sale or resale items will be accepted.

No food items or animals allowed in this Arts & Crafts Festival.

Please include these required pictures: 1 of you making the item that you will be selling

                                                              1 of your display

2 of what you intend to sell

Photocopies and/or photographs will not be returned unless requested.  If they are to be returned, they will be returned at check-in.  If items are presented for sale that are not pictured, and they do not meet PCMA guidelines, the exhibitor will be asked to remove them from the booth.  If the items were represented as hand-made or hand-embellished and is not, the exhibitor may be asked to forfeit his or her booth space.  No refund of booth fee will be made.

A tax ID number is required on the application and a copy of the tax ID form must accompany your application to be considered.

Booth spaces are approximately 8 by 10 feet.  Because of the unique configuration of the shopping center, some have more, some have less, and some have irregular shapes and may have portions of a column, flowerpot or bench.  Each booth costs $160.  The sponsoring committee will assign spaces.  NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE ON THE DAY OF THE SHOW.

Exhibitors must provide display equipment: such as tables, chairs, electrical cords, lights, display racks.  Because of the unique shape of some of the booths and since there is a covered overhang; no pop-up structures will be allowed.

Exhibitors must be present at all times during the show.  No booth can be left unattended at any time.

There are very few booth spaces that have electricity available.  The booths with electricity that are available will have to share with others in close proximity.  If you are requesting electricity, you need to bring extension cords, multi-plugs and a ladder to reach outlets.

Refreshments and convenience facilities are located in the Center.

Registration deadline is January 29, 2010.  Late applications will be accepted only if spaces are available.

This letter has been mailed to over 300 artists and crafters, so not everyone who receives an application will be accepted.  Acceptance in earlier Craft Fairs is helpful, but does not guarantee acceptance in this Fair.

The Panther Creek Merchants’ Association reserves the right to refuse any application.

The decision of the Selection Committee is final.
